- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).
- Pack the product securely, including all original accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange for another product, we will facilitate the exchange process based on availability and price differences. Any additional charges or credits will be adjusted accordingly.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- Please provide detailed information and, if possible, include photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.
